Cancellations and Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel courses. If we cancel your course we will either issue a refund or credit you for a future trip.

If you cancel your course we will not refund your payment.

If courses are cancelled by us due to circumstances beyond our control, we will credit you for a future course.

Circumstances beyond our control may include but may not be limited to:

natural disaster
civil emergencies
pandemic

If you can not travel due to travel restrictions imposed due to such circumstances, we will credit you for a future course.

If the price for a future course is different than what you have paid. We will ask you to pay the difference in price. Courses may be shortened or lengthened or modified as a result of access difficulties or weather issues. These situations are beyond our control and are part of the reality of recreation in the backcountry. We do not compensate you for such situations.
